William C. Firth, born in 1980 in Glens Falls, New York, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Siena College in 2002 and a Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse Law School in 2005.

He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2006 and is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Capital District Trial Lawyers Association, Saratoga County Bar Association and Warren County Bar Association.

He has experience at many different levels, including the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division of the Supreme Court and United States District Court. He has extensively and successfully prepared and argued motions on behalf of numerous clients across the state within these venues.

Mr. Firth currently practices law in several areas, including personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, construction litigation, insurance defense, medical malpractice, products liability and trials and appeals.
