Carrie McLoughlin Noll, born 1966 in Troy,
New York is a partner in the firm of Pennock, Breedlove & Noll, LLP.
Ms. Noll received her Bachelor of Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute in 1988 and had dual majors in Management Information Systems
and in Accounting and minored in Economics. She received her Juris Doctor
degree from Albany Law School of Union University in 1991 and was admitted
to the New York State Bar and Massachusetts State Bar in 1992.
Ms. Noll is also admitted to United
States District Courts in the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts
of New York as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals in the Second Circuit
and U.S. Supreme Court. Ms. Noll is a member of the American, New York
State, Saratoga County Bar Associations and the Capital District Trial
Lawyers' Association. She is past President, Vice-President, Treasurer
and Secretary of the Capital District Trial Lawyers' Association and she
remains on the Board of Directors of the CDTLA. Ms. Noll is also a member
of the Executive Committee for the New York State Bar Association's Trial
Lawyers Section and is a representative for the Fourth Judicial District.
She has also lectured on Jury Selection in a civil action in the State
of New York.
Ms. Noll focuses her practice on
serious personal injury, civil rights, employment discrimination, municipal
liability, real estate and matrimonial cases. She also actively practices
in front of the Third Department Appellate Division and is referred appellate
matters from other law firms to prepare appellate briefs and argue appeals.
Ms. Noll is also a lifetime member
of the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocate’s forum.
Less than 1% if the lawyers in America are members of this prestigious
